Noter 是一款在本机转写课堂和会议录音、并用你自己选择的 AI 服务生成笔记的应用。我们不运营任何服务器，不收集、不出售、不分享你的个人数据。

录音与转写

• 录音、转写文字和笔记只保存在你的设备上（Mac、iPhone 或 iPad），不会上传给我们。
• 语音识别模型在设备本地运行。

发送给第三方的数据

• 如果在设置里选择「本机模型」，笔记、翻译和校对全部在设备上完成，不会发送任何内容（只会从 Hugging Face 下载一次模型文件）。
• 选择在线 AI 服务时，生成笔记、实时翻译和校对会把转写文字发送到你在设置中填写的 AI 服务（例如 DeepSeek、通义千问、Kimi、智谱、OpenAI、OpenRouter 或你自定义的地址）。这些数据由该服务按其自己的隐私政策处理。不填写 API key 就不会发送任何文字。
• 首次使用时，Noter 会从 Hugging Face（huggingface.co）下载语音模型文件。下载过程中 Hugging Face 能看到你的 IP 地址等常规网络请求信息。

凭据

• 你填写的 API key 保存在系统钥匙串（Keychain）中，只用于向你选择的 AI 服务发起请求。

我们不做的事

• 不包含任何分析、广告或追踪 SDK。
• 不创建账号，不收集姓名、邮箱、位置或设备标识。

删除数据

• 在应用中删除录音即可删除对应的音频、文字和笔记；卸载应用会删除全部数据。

儿童

• Noter 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集他们的信息。

Noter transcribes lectures and meetings on your device and turns the transcript into notes using an AI service you choose. We run no servers and do not collect, sell or share your personal data.

Recordings and transcripts

• Audio, transcripts and notes are stored only on your device (Mac, iPhone or iPad) and are never uploaded to us.
• Speech recognition runs locally on the device.

Data sent to third parties

• If you choose the on-device model in Settings, notes, translation and proofreading run entirely on the device and nothing is sent (the model files are downloaded once from Hugging Face).
• With an online AI service, Noter sends transcript text for notes, live translation and proofreading to the AI service you configure in Settings (for example DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, Zhipu GLM, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or a custom endpoint). That service handles the data under its own privacy policy. If you do not enter an API key, no text is sent.
• On first use, Noter downloads speech model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). Hugging Face can see ordinary request information such as your IP address.

Credentials

• API keys you enter are stored in the system Keychain and used only for requests to the AI service you chose.

What we don’t do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
• No accounts; we do not collect names, email addresses, location or device identifiers.

Deleting data

• Deleting a recording in the app deletes its audio, transcript and notes. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.

Children

• Noter is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
